Who we are
We're a team of people who've been on both sides of the swag experience—sending it and receiving it. We've ordered the minimum 500 hoodies that sat in boxes for years. We've received the XL t-shirt when we wear a small.
Send Better Swag was founded by Eric, a former Googler with deep experience in manufacturing and fashion, alongside a team out of Kith and Disney. We started in custom socks and grew into full-scale branded merchandise, designing retail-grade gear for brands like Burger King, Red Lobster, Alice + Olivia, and Canada Goose. Along the way we saw an industry stuck in a broken model: guess what people want, order in bulk, hope for the best.
We built the opposite. A platform where recipients choose what they want, in their size, shipped directly to them — whether through a gifting link or a branded merch store. Nothing gets made until someone wants it.
100% on-demand. Zero inventory.
This isn't a feature. It's the foundation of everything we do.

What we stand for
The beliefs that shape how we build and operate
Respect the recipient
Swag is a gift. Gifts should be wanted. When people choose their own, they feel valued—not like an afterthought.
Never make waste
We refuse to produce things nobody wants. Every item we make is already claimed by someone who chose it.
Quality over quantity
We partner with premium suppliers only. If we wouldn't wear it ourselves, we don't offer it.
How we work
We're a small, focused team. We don't have layers of account managers or automated phone trees. When you email us, a real person responds—usually within a few hours.
We obsess over the details because details matter. The weight of a t-shirt. The way a logo looks when embroidered. The unboxing experience. These things add up to whether someone actually wears your swag or shoves it in a drawer.
We're building a company we'd want to buy from. That means being honest about what we can and can't do, delivering what we promise, and treating every order like it matters—because it does.
