How long does it take to create custom designs?
Our design team typically creates custom mockups within 24-48 hours after receiving your logo and requirements.
Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
Orders can be modified before design approval and payment processing. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We accept SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI files. Vector formats (SVG, AI, PDF) provide the best quality for printing and embroidery.
What's the difference between a link and a store?
Links are one-time gifting experiences — you send a link, the recipient picks their swag, and we ship it. Stores are always-on branded storefronts where anyone can browse and order merch anytime. Links are great for events and milestones; stores are ideal for team merch, communities, or ongoing programs.
How does recipient choice work?
With a link, recipients receive a personalized page where they choose from the products you've selected and provide their shipping details. With a store, visitors browse your branded storefront and place orders directly — just like any online shop.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to 150+ countries worldwide. Customs and duties are calculated at checkout for the recipient.
Can I track individual orders?
Yes, you can track all orders through your dashboard. Recipients also receive tracking information via email once their items ship.
